Not Even The Grinch Can Dim Our Bulb
We'll be back soon...
He hums down the street in his shiny red sled,
Muttering, “Too much cheer,” as he shakes his head.
He frowns at the laughter, the shimmer, the song—
Then flicks on a light just to prove we’re wrong.
It blinks without rhythm, it blares without grace,
A glare in the quiet, a noise in the space.
But joy doesn’t flinch — it just glows instead,
And love finds a way to shine further ahead.
’Cause one bulb can flicker, but many unite,
And the block comes alive in a river of light.
No flood, no fuss, no glare in the cold,
Can outshine the warmth of our love so bold.
So we’ll rest for a moment, the calm before bright,
Dreaming of tinsel, of cocoa, of night.
The Grinch might grumble — it’s part of the show —
But even his shadow looks better in glow.
Thanks for lighting up the block with us this Halloween.
Keep your hearts open and your cocoa warm—
’Cause the next show’s right around the corner…
and it’s gonna sleigh with light, laughter, and love.
Falcon went dark? Uh oh. Did the Grinch flip a breaker again? 😆
He tried. The crew’s just rebooting for Christmas — rumor is they’re adding more volts than Whoville can handle. ⚡🎅
Perfect. Nothing short-circuits joy on this block. Even the Grinch needs sunglasses. 😎
